JAKARTA (July 01, 2026) – The contributions of Indonesian women to fostering innovation and driving economic growth have once again received international recognition. The founder and CEO of TransTRACK, Anggia Meisesari, was named one of the inspirational women highlighted by Investing in Women (IW) during the celebration of Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME) Day for her contributions to transforming the logistics industry through technology.

Investing in Women is an Australian Aid program—an initiative of the Australian Government—that has been working for a decade to accelerate gender equality by increasing women’s economic participation. In this year’s MSME Day campaign, IW highlighted a number of women business leaders from Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam who have been recognized for successfully building impactful companies while strengthening economic resilience in the region.

One of the selected figures is Anggia Meisesari, founder of TransTRACK, an Indonesian technology company that provides end-to-end digital solutions for the logistics and supply chain industries. Under her leadership, TransTRACK has grown into a company that helps various industrial sectors improve operational efficiency through technologies based on the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), telematics, and integrated digital platforms.

This recognition was awarded through the GLI in Action Case Study Series, which highlights female business leaders in Southeast Asia who have successfully built innovative companies while creating economic and social impact. The program also addresses the various challenges women still face in developing their businesses, ranging from limited access to funding and business networks to gender bias, particularly in sectors that remain male-dominated.

TransTRACK Founder & CEO, Anggia Meisesari, said that this recognition serves as a reminder that innovation and leadership are not determined by gender, but rather by the courage to deliver solutions that address industry challenges.

“It is an honor to be part of the GLI in Action Case Study Series. For me, this recognition shows that innovation can come from anyone, including women who choose to work in industries that have long been male-dominated. I hope that more and more women will dare to seize opportunities, develop solutions, and lead change in the fields they believe in,” said Anggia Meisesari, Founder and CEO of TransTRACK.

Along the way, TransTRACK received early-stage investment support from YCAB Ventures, one of Investing in Women’s partners in Indonesia. This support was a key factor in accelerating the company’s growth, leading to a successful exit with a return on investment of 8.6 times the initial investment amount.

This success serves as an example of how inclusive access to financing can accelerate the growth of women-led companies while generating sustainable economic value.

For TransTRACK, this recognition further strengthens the company’s commitment to continuing to deliver digital innovations that support the efficiency of the national supply chain and to building a more modern, integrated, and sustainable logistics ecosystem.

As a woman leading a national technology company, Anggia Meisesari hopes that more and more Indonesian women will have the courage to take on roles as innovators, startup founders, and business leaders who can make a positive impact on Indonesian society and the economy.
