TransTRACK Unveils AI- and IoT-Based Smart Maritime Monitoring Solution at INAMARINE 2026

TransTRACK Perkenalkan Solusi Smart Maritime Monitoring Berbasis AI dan IoT di INAMARINE 2026
Reading Time: 3 minutes

Jakarta, 28 July 2026 – TransTRACK, an AI and IoT technology company focused on the digitalization of fleet operations and supply chains, is participating in INAMARINE 2026, Indonesia’s largest maritime, shipping, and offshore industry exhibition, which took place on July 28–30, 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. Through this event, TransTRACK is showcasing its suite of Smart Maritime Monitoring solutions designed to enhance operational visibility, safety, efficiency, and transparency in fleet management and maritime activities.

Located at Booth D1G4-06, TransTRACK is showcasing a variety of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and industrial sensors that enable shipping companies, port operators, logistics firms, and the energy sector to monitor operations in real time through a single integrated platform.

One of the flagship solutions introduced is the Vessel Monitoring System, a vessel monitoring platform that integrates GPS, Global AIS Integration, Coriolis Flow Meter, Tank Level Sensor, RPM Sensor, and Wind Sensor. This solution allows users to monitor vessel positions in real time, track port activities, review historical data, and obtain more accurate Smart ETA/ETD predictions.

More than just vessel tracking, the Vessel Monitoring System also features AI-Powered Fuel Efficiency through the FCRV (Fuel Consumption Recommendation for Vessel) Recommendation System and the RPM Limiter. This technology leverages operational data analysis to provide recommendations for more efficient vessel operation, helping to optimize fuel consumption, reduce operating costs, and maintain vessel performance.

TransTRACK also features the Bunkering Monitoring System, a solution that enhances the transparency of the ship bunkering process through monitoring using Coriolis Flow Meters, Tank Level Sensors, GPS, and pressure and temperature sensors. This system ensures that every fuel transfer process can be accurately monitored and verified. To support operations in areas with limited network coverage, this solution now includes Offline Mode, allowing monitoring to continue even without an internet connection. Data is stored locally and automatically synchronized once connectivity is restored, ensuring operations continue without interruption.

In the port sector, TransTRACK offers the Port Surveillance System, which integrates CCTV, AIS receivers, and the I-Motion platform of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (DJPL). This integration provides comprehensive, real-time visibility into vessel activities and port operational conditions, thereby supporting improved security, surveillance, and operational efficiency within the port area.

In addition, TransTRACK has introduced the Cargo & Reefer Monitoring System, a solution for monitoring cargo conditions—including reefer containers—in real time. With support from temperature, humidity, pressure, volume, and shock sensors, as well as GPS, door sensors, and reefer operational parameters, companies can ensure that cargo conditions are maintained throughout the distribution process. This solution is particularly relevant for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and fisheries industries, as well as various other commodities that require temperature control during shipping.

All of these solutions are connected to the Command Center, an integrated dashboard that provides real-time fleet operational information, operational analytics, automated notifications, and system health monitoring. This dashboard helps companies gain comprehensive visibility and accelerate data-driven decision-making.

As part of the INAMARINE 2026 series, Bayu Tinarta Rifqi, Maritime Solution & Integrator Manager of TransTRACK, will also be a speaker at the IBEES Stage Hall D1 session on July 30, 2026 from 11:05–11:35 WIB. In the session titled “Smart Vessel Monitoring: Fuel, Bunker, & Cargo Tank Monitoring System by TransTRACK”, Bayu will share insights on the application of AI, IoT, and sensor technology to improve operational efficiency, bunkering transparency, and visibility of vessels and cargo in the maritime industry.

TransTRACK’s participation in INAMARINE 2026 reflects the company’s commitment to supporting the digital transformation of the maritime sector through integrated, data-driven solutions capable of addressing modern operational challenges. Through this innovation, TransTRACK hopes to strengthen collaboration with shipping industry players, port operators, logistics companies, and the energy sector in building a smarter, safer, more efficient, and more sustainable maritime ecosystem.
