Jakarta, May 11, 2026 — TransTRACK has once again reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the development of the national motorsports and mobility ecosystem through an official meeting with the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI). This meeting between TransTRACK and IMI marks an important milestone in strengthening the strategic collaboration between the two parties to enhance motorsport safety standards while driving technology-based mobility transformation in Indonesia.

As the governing body for motorsports and the regulator of motorsports in Indonesia, IMI plays a vital role in establishing safety standards and governance, as well as in developing a more professional and sustainable motorsports ecosystem. Meanwhile, TransTRACK is a technology company focused on digital-based monitoring, tracking, telematics, and system integration solutions to support safer, more efficient, and more connected operations.

During this meeting, TransTRACK and IMI discussed various opportunities for collaboration to strengthen the implementation of technology in motorsports and the broader mobility sector. Both parties share a common vision of promoting the use of digital technology as a key foundation for improving operational safety, streamlining on-site coordination, and creating a more modern and integrated mobility ecosystem.

One of the main topics discussed during the hearing was the enhancement of safety measures at rally events. During the discussion, TransTRACK highlighted the importance of utilizing real-time tracking and telematics technologies to support comprehensive operational monitoring throughout the event. These technologies enable organizers and event staff to monitor vehicle locations in real time, improve track visibility, accelerate responses to potential incidents, and support faster and more accurate decision-making on-site.

The implementation of monitoring and tracking technology is also expected to improve coordination among operational teams, race control, marshals, and emergency response teams in critical situations. With the support of real-time data and monitoring, rally operations can be managed more effectively, thereby helping to minimize safety risks during the competition.

Since 2024, TransTRACK has been actively supporting various rally events through the implementation of technology-based monitoring and tracking systems. These digital solutions are part of the company’s efforts to deliver innovations that support higher motorsport safety standards in Indonesia.

The strategic collaboration between TransTRACK and IMI was once again implemented at the 2026 Banua Rally, which took place on May 9–10, 2026, in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. During the event, TransTRACK’s rally tracking technology was once again utilized to support safer, more efficient, and more integrated rally operations.

Through the implementation of this technology, organizers are expected to gain comprehensive operational visibility, strengthen vehicle monitoring systems, and improve the effectiveness of real-time event management. In addition to supporting operational needs, the application of digital technology in rallies is also part of the effort to modernize national motorsports, making them more adaptable to global technological advancements.

Furthermore, the collaboration between TransTRACK and IMI is not limited to motorsports alone. Both parties also share a long-term vision to promote improved road safety, strengthen industry standards, and build a more connected mobility ecosystem through digital transformation.

As the need for safe, efficient, and data-driven transportation and mobility systems continues to grow, technology has become a key element in supporting better decision-making, operational optimization, and overall safety improvements. Therefore, collaboration among regulators, industry players, and technology providers is seen as a strategic step toward accelerating the transformation of Indonesia’s mobility ecosystem.

TransTRACK would like to express its appreciation to the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI) for the warm welcome and constructive discussions that took place during the meeting. This meeting marks an important step in strengthening synergy and opening opportunities for ongoing collaboration to support the development of national motorsports and technology-driven mobility transformation in Indonesia.

Looking ahead, TransTRACK and IMI are optimistic that this collaboration will drive innovations that have a positive impact on the motorsports industry and national mobility, while reinforcing their shared commitment to creating a safer, smarter, more modern, and connected future for mobility in Indonesia through innovation, technology, and strategic collaboration.
